Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business in the development and implementation of business transformation solutions
• Draft business blueprints after discussions and meetings with process owners
• Map business processes to SAP and document the processes.
• Integrate SAPCRM with SAP ECC-SD
• Integrate CRM processes with the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality
• Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.

• 5+ years of SAP CRM imolementation experience
• At least 2+ full lifecycle project experience
• Solid experience with SAP CRM Web UI configuration·
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
