Seattle, Wash. – July 9, 2014– B4 Consulting®, helping companies grow with innovative software, services and support, today announced it will be among the featured presenters at the SAP Innovation Days for Utilities, which will be held in Seattle and San Francisco. The sessions bring together SAP and SAP partners with professionals from neighboring utility companies to discuss the latest trends and innovations in the utilities industry. Innovation Days provide insights into how utility companies are embracing new SAP technologies that address Big Data, mobility and cloud solutions. At both the Seattle and San Francisco Innovation Days, B4 Consulting will explore how its SAP solution portfolio for Engineering, Construction & Operations can be used to improve grid resiliency. The SAP Innovation Day in Seattle will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue (July 9-10), and the SAP Innovation Day in San Francisco will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco (July 29-30).

“On a daily basis, utility companies nationwide are coping with unprecedented operational challenges spanning the environment, rising costs, aging asset performance, and ever-increasing utilization and consumer demands,” noted Klaus Schottenhamel, president and CEO of B4 Consulting. “These issues can’t be ignored and must be addressed. The SAP Innovation Days provide both thought leadership and practical advice on how utility companies can effectively address these issues with innovative SAP technologies that optimize operations and improve productivity. And, as Innovation Days are regional they give representatives from local utility companies an especially meaningful knowledge-sharing forum. We are delighted to have the opportunity to engage with these companies on the value that SAP solutions can bring to their real estate portfolios, construction projects, and workforce and asset management.”
